Born and raised in Chatham, Illinois, a suburb of the unknown capital of the state, Springfield Illinois, Christopher Osman climbed out of the friendly pit of the American heartland to attend school at the prestigious Savannah College of Art & Design in Savannah, Georgia.

There he acquired a Masters in Film and Television with a minor in painting. He also achieved Magna Cum Laude, attested to by the little gold sticker placed on the upper portion of his diploma.

While in France on an off campus program, Christopher attended the Cannes film festival where he was accidentally placed on a writer's panel and asked to talk about the necessity for collaboration between directors and writers. He played the role flawlessly and found a director in the process to produce a short called “Spare Change.” A script intended for the fly over states that ended up being shot in both France and England.

Christopher moved out to Los Angeles in the spring of 2008 and immediately got hired on as an assistant at paramount Studios. Shortly thereafter he started critiquing screenplays, providing coverage and ghost writing for TheCoverageFactor.com. He has also published two full length novels and started a writer's group known as “The Semi-Finalists.”

Christopher currently resides in the Hollywood hills breathing in a combination of highway exhaust and fresh desert air.
